  • Important information
  • To facilitate the organisation of the welcome party on Monday June 8th and lunch on Friday 12th, as well as to fulfill potential special diet needs, attendees are kindly asked to provide additional data using the following form: Additional Information Form

  • Internet Access
  • Please note that the symposium venue will provide to all attendees a free access to Wireless Lan during all the workshop. Connection details will be displayed at the registration desk.

  • Poster
  • Format: Poster should be printed in A0 format (lxh: 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).
  • Poster boards size: lxh: 200 cm x 105 cm
  • Hanging time: Poster boards will numbered. Please, refer to your poster number as in the programme for board assignment. Posters can be installed anytime the same day of your session during morning or afternoon coffee breaks or at lunch time. Double face scotch tape will be provided to you by the organizers.
  • Removing time: Posters should be removed at the end of the poster session.

  • Oral presentation
  • Talk duration should include at least 5 minutes for questions/discussion from/with the audience after your presentation.
    A computer running under Windows operating system will be made available for speakers.
  • Presentation Format: Presentations can either be Power Point (.ppt) or Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files. .ppt and .pdf files on the conference computer will be preferred to avoid too much time to be lost when moving from one speaker to the next one, but for any other file formats as well for Mac users, speakers will be free to use their own laptop.
  • Uploading time: Presentations should be uploaded onto the conference computer (preferred) before the session. Files will be deleted after each session.
  • Speakers introduction: Speakers will be asked to introduce themselves to the chair session before their session.
